Overview:
Choose Fairfields Home Care and you can earn £12.00 – £15.00 per hour with mileage at 35p per mile.
As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents within the Moneymore Area. We have Single and Double runs available!
We are looking Full and Part-time Care Assistants to join out Cookstown Home Care Team. This role is not suitable for sponsorship.

As a Home Care Assistant you can expect:
– Flexible working hours and shift patterns

– Competitive hourly rate (£12 from Monday – Saturday AM, £13 on Saturday B2B and £14 on Sundays. Pay rate is also £12 for sitting services and £15 per hour for named bank holidays).

Key Requirements
– Have 2 suitable references
– Be caring and friendly
– Have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
– Be eligible to work in the UK
– Good standard of verbal and written English
KEY DUTIES
- Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user, their family and the professionals involved with the individual service plan.
- Assisting and enabling
- Washing and dressing
- Providing food and refreshment
- Mobility
- Bed making
- Providing interest in activities to stimulate and engage the service user
- Companionship and care
- Administering medication (where required)
- Record Keeping
